Spirituality has never stopped being a concern of the average person in the street and spirituality will continue to be a major concern amongst many people for a long time to come. One of the major roadblocks the modern person seeking to express or enhance their spirituality and maintain a social connectionto like-minded folk is time and convenience.

To some it might still seem inappropriate for someone to choose to work on Sunday or to spend a few precious hours on a Sunday with the family, however in today's world the requirements of life often dictate that time cannot be spent as and when we would necessarily choose. It is impossible in this day and age for a church a spiritual group or a religious association to demand that an individual sacrifice their ability to feed their family or to spend time with their family in order to satisfy and arbitrary behavioural requirement.

With this in mind Unity of Melbourne has been developing UnityTV to provide a new way of experiencing the traditional needs of the Soul.

Unity TV is not a new technology, far from it, it is simply a way of using existing technology to provide a new experience. By using the Internet as the place of gathering it is possible for any member of the spiritually inclined community to attend a gathering when they want, where they want, how they want. So if you work Saturday and you would like to spend Sunday morning at home with your family and still attend a service, you can.
Simply fire up your tablet PC or TV and navigate to www.unitymelbourne.org.au hover over the multimedia tab and select Unity TV. And there you have it services to enrich Your Soul On demand, the way you wish to participate in them.

The Sunday gathering is broadcast live on YouTube every week at 10:30 a.m. Recordings of each Sunday gathering are also available on the Unity TV web page and the Unity of Melbourne YouTube channel. Planning and development works are in place to bring you added content throughout the week both in a live and recorded format. Add to this the continued development of Unity interactive radio which is still in beta testing, as well as our news and articles Pages, and you have a complete interactive package for your spiritual upliftment available on demand regardless of time or location.
